• Billing information (handled by Stripe; we do not store full payment card numbers).
• Account credentials and configuration when you install and authenticate the Acute ADA Compliance plugin on your WordPress site.

• Standard server log data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referrer, timestamps) collected via our hosting infrastructure.
• Cookies and similar technologies used for session management, analytics, and (where applicable) marketing attribution. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some site features may not function.
• Scan results data (URLs scanned, accessibility issues identified, scan timestamps) when you use our free scanner or the plugin's remediation engine.

• Payment-processing data from Stripe (transaction status, last four digits of card, billing zip code).

Scan history is retained per your subscription tier (30 days on Essential, 180 days on Professional, longer on Enterprise). You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
